This agreement, between PRACTICAL COACHING and will begin and continue for a minimum of 3 months. The fee for the Intake Session is $300 and for the initial 3 months is $85 per session payable in advance on the First of each month.
The services to be provided by PRACTICAL COACHING to the Client are Co-active Coaching or Tele-Coaching, as designed jointly with the Client. Co-active Coaching, which is not advice, therapy or counseling, may address specific personal goals, business strategies and successes or general conditions in the Client's life or profession. Other Coaching services include values clarification, brainstorming, identifying specific plans of action, examining modes of operating in life, asking clarifying questions, making empowering inquiries and requests and maintaining focus and encouragement.
Upon completion of the initial three months, this agreement may convert to a month-to-month basis. Client and PRACTICAL COACHING agree to provide one another with a 30 day notice to cancel further services, to allow time for proper completion.
PRACTICAL COACHING promises Client that all information provided will be kept strictly confidential.
Client agrees that if the Coaching process is not working as desired, the Client will communicate and take actions to once again return to a productive relationship.
